Welcome to Furnished Nomads!

We stayed there for SEMO homecoming. The place was typical of the craftsman style bungalows in the neighborhood with modern upgrades while keeping the transom windows which I thought was cool. There is not a kitchen sink but a Kuerig, microwave, air fryer, and nice sized refrigerator as well as mugs, plates, cups, etc. We basically parked and walked everywhere for the weekend.

Very clean and comfy top floor apartment nicely redone with lots of character right in the heart of Cape close to Mercy Hospital, downtown, Capaha Park, and Semo University. Mark was an attentive host and made sure we had all that we needed. Bed linens and towels were clean and fresh. We appreciated the k-cup selection, air fryer, and fridge with freezer. Off street parking was conveniently located via alley access in back.

Conveniently seconds from Mercy Southeast . Friendly neighbors . Gorgeous pond and park mins away . Easy commute to grocery stores and markets . Restaurants and fast food within mins of a drive or Uber eats ! Mark is extremely and reasonably accommodating. Responds timely and checks in on any necessities .

Mark was a very accommodating host. We booked very last minute and he was never leaving us hanging with questions. He went out of his way to make sure the place was clean and had everything we needed and more. It was a great location especially for a last minute get away. He was very nice, respectful, and responsive. The location of the property is a very nice location for all that Cape G has to offer.

Mark helped me and my kids have a great time viewing the eclipse. This place was perfect for that experience. It was close to food and activities and the parks. It was a really great experience and this apartment was perfect for us.
